Finland is ranked first in the Personalised Health Index 2021 in Europe. The index determines how futureproof a country's healthcare system is by using a weighted average of scores across four different variables: health information, health services, personalised technologies and policy context.
Germany, Sweden, Netherlands and the United Kingdom were also placed in the top five respectively.
