Defence Tech Hub gaining momentum at the start of 2026

The year 2026 got off to a strong start for Defence Tech Hub. Besides reaching 60 member companies in January, we hosted a Defence Track at Winter Satellite Workshop and helped organise Finland's NATO DIANA Accelerator opening gala at The Hanaholmen Cultural Centre in Espoo.

We're excited to continue working on defence-themed events this year — including our bi-monthly member lunches with insightful defence industry speakers. To improve communication with the member community and beyond, we launched our Defence Tech Hub newsletter (you can subscribe here). Following the MoU signed between Defence Tech Hub and Digital Defence Ecosystem (DDE), Defence Tech Hub members have an opportunity to join the DDE member trade mission to North Carolina, USA, on 16–20 March 2026. The visit is designed for companies looking to gain a deeper, hands‑on understanding of the US defence environment, especially those exploring practical pathways for partnering or teaming with US primes, integrators, and key program stakeholders in one of the country's most significant defence hubs.
