Enter Espoo had the pleasure of organising its annual premier event, Knights of Nordics, at the Nokia Executive Experience Center, Castrén & Snellman and House of Nobility on 28–29 November. Knights of Nordics is about matching startups with the right investors while building trust and friendships.
In 2023, like every year, Knights of Nordics brought together the finest growth companies and international investors. The event-goers were also given insight by the Nokia Bell Labs leaders on industry-changing innovations like AI, ultra-low power devices, indoor localisation, and cloud robotics.
The two-day event — happening just before Slush — showcased Espoo's rising stars of deep tech and B2B technology innovation leadership. This year's startups were from the fields of:
- ICT & new space
- Health
- Quantum & semiconductors
- Bio & circular economy
- Cleantech & energy

Of 67 applied startups, 35 were selected to join Knights of Nordics. The chosen startups had a chance to give a one-minute power pitch at Nokia, and they did an excellent job. The event brought together over three hundred participants from over twenty countries.
For many international investors, joining the event is already a tradition. In addition to meeting old friends, we're delighted make many new ones every year.
