BioMush's culinary innovation available on Japan Airlines flights — collaboration facilitated by Enter Espoo

BioMush, Japan Airlines, and Finnair Kitchen have started a collaboration to create a sustainable, one-of-a-kind culinary innovation for Japan Airlines' inflight menu. BioMush's soyless, all-natural Umami Sauce-based yuzu dressing is now part of the business class menu on the Helsinki-Haneda flight until the end of August.

BioMush is an Espoo-based food tech startup that creates delicious flavouring components from edible food industry side streams. The advanced process by BioMush enables a wonderful umami creation — a vital ingredient in the collaboration started with Japan Airlines.

Enter Espoo matched Japan Airlines with BioMush at the Japan Innovation Tour and Party in October 2023.
